Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ursula Look, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following policy to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, or accessories included.
  • Returns are not accepted for damaged items caused by misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Return Pickup or Shipping

  • Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a pickup or provide return shipping instructions based on your location.
  • You must return the item within 5 days after receiving return approval.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (in this case, acknowledgment of COD return), or via bank transfer, within 7 business days.
  • Please note: shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are also not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
